Seppic unveils new immediate skin benefits of Solagum™ AX, its natural origin polymer
For several years now, in order to formulate minimalist cosmetics while answering a need of naturality without compromise on performance, formulators have been looking for natural multi-benefits excipients that go beyond their initial properties.
To meet this demand, Seppic demonstrated the immediate skin benefits of SolagumTM AX, an association of Acacia gum and Xanthan gum for an optimized performance.
At 1% in water, Solagum™ AX has proven thanks to a clinical evaluation that it reduces crow’s feet wrinkles, red spots and provides a softer skin. It offers a natural lifting effect, a sensation of freshness during application, a brighter and more radiant skin complexion after 30 minutes.
Solagum™ AX is a 100% natural (1), readily biodegradable (2) multi-functional rheology modifier with better performance than Xanthan Gum alone. It better thickens and stabilizes formulas while bringing film-forming, soothing and moisturizing properties. It also imparts a better aqueous sensation with a non-stringy effect. In dermocosmetics, thanks to its higher pH and electrolytes resistance, the viscosity remains stable even with active ingredients (such as urea, glycolic acid, allantoin and aloe vera gel) or thermal waters.
Givaudan's new olfactory solutions
Givaudan is launching Bloomful™ Splash and Bloom Drops, two new revolutionary solutions crafted to enhance the olfactory perception of hair and personal wash products. Enriching the existing Bloomful™ platform, able to define and measure the bloom in various applications, they trigger a captivating bloom effect during two key moments sought and expected by the consumers: when the fragrance becomes instantly noticeable to one's olfactory senses and when the fragrance fills the surrounding space.
Bloomful Splash™ offers consumers a mesmerising journey, amplifying and boosting the ‘bloom’ outcome, to intensify the fragrance, elevating the overall delight shower routine.
Bloom Drops the collection of six perfumery accords, is infused with Givaudan's signature captives to deliver a superior ‘bloom’ impact. Even at lower dosages, they demonstrate a significant increase in execution compared to fragrances that do not feature them.
