Case Study - interview with Beauty Kitchen

Co-founded by Jo Chidley, Beauty Kitchen launched the first zero waste program with "Return, Refill, Repeat" scheme in the UK.

They've created a return by Post or in-store refill taking care of the entire logistic - collecting, cleaning and transporting empties -  and working with brands like Unilever and retailers like Asda to release refill stations in the UK.

With a test pilot in Scotland in 2022, the brand aims to move the solution nationally and then globally after incorporating the learning from the pilot phase, into the "Return, Refill, Repeat" scheme.
